Dreams - Coventry

We have bought from dreams in Coventry before quite a few times. Its always Mac that we want to deal with. He is an asset to Dreams Ltd. Always smiling and happy to serve his customers. We only went to buy 2 headboard and Mac sold us 1 new one and a clearance one. Will only deal with Mr Mac

I like the fact I wasn't been sold anything. I was looking around at my own leisure without someone forcing me to buy something. The fact I was going to pay £300 more and thesher advisor explained the difference in beds saved me that £300. I hate walking into a shop and instantly been jumped on by a sales advisors telling me there store is the best and only there store can offer these offers etc. I also was happy at the fact they told me when the discounts were going to end so I had time to think about my purchase. I went in store 3 times before I bought my bed as I wanted to make sure it would fit in my room and all 3 times the advisors were pleasant.

Loved using the bed software to help show which mattress would be best for the waynyou sleep and this helped us choose our new bed. Jackie was brilliant and helped us find the bed and nothing was too much trouble.

The sales assistant Jackie was very informative and got everything that we wanted on the bed.Her product knowledge was excellent and did everything she could to get a good deal.

Once we entered the store we were not pounced upon but were left to brouse until we were about to make a decision. when we were approached to guide us through the various options available. this allowed us to make the correct decision..

Because we just got back from a our honeymoon and visited the Coventry dreams store and found the perfect bed the sales women did everything she could to help us

The sales adviser Thomas Myles was excellent in his service, product knowledge and patience. We were unsure regarding what we were looking for. Thomas proved himself to be very attentive and polite to all our questions. In addition Mac also advised us and his product knowledge was second to none. Very highly satisfied with the level of customer service from both individuals. We came back into the store and presented them with a box of chocolates as a thank you.

We were met by Kackie who was extremely pleasant and polite. She spent a long time explaining our options and invited us to try the bed out during which time she made us a lovely coffee. She left us entirely to look discuss and absorb the information and when we indicated we were ready she was immediately available. She went the extra mile. The manager was extremely pleasant also.
