Good knowledge communicated well, with no pressure

Jackie attended to our needs very well. We were given different pillows to try and listened to our requirements. No pressure sales and were given plenty of time to try beds and products. Tea and coffee was given offered. Felt we were given good customer service and no salesman pressure.

The choice was amazing. The staff did not follow you around, but were very helpful when needed. The process was easy and very quick.

We went in not sure of exactly what we needed - but the assistant we felt advised us and have us a good recommendations

Amazing costumer care. I found an error with your website whilst shopping for a new bed and mattress. I phoned and spoke to a few members of your staff (Mark, Jacqueline, Mac - All in the Coventry brand?) who were extremely helpful. They assisted with my order (which was more tricky than a normal order). Plus, for fault finding, gave me some lovely discounts on my items. I was extremely impressed with the service I was provided and how lovely your staff were. I would throughly recommend you to my friends and family. Many thanks Laine

I was pleasantly satisfied when visiting the store on Friday 17th Auguet 2018 at Gallagher Retail Park Coventry having popped in to see if I could find a suitable bed for myself. Trevor was very helpful and knowledgeable whilst I literally tried quite a number of beds in the store. He explained in detail the composition of the mattresses and bases. Whilst not at all pushy which I was very appreciative of I was able to choose something I will hopefully be happy with and meet my requirements. Trevor was so helpful, he even offered a hot drink, which after being in the store nearly 2 hours I was very appreciative to accept. I placed the order and agreed the delivery date which hopefully fits my timescale to receive. I would most definitely recommend the service I received from the moment I entered the store. All that remains is whether the bed is as good as I am expecting when it is delivered in 3 weeks!!
