The customer service in the store was second to none. I made 2 visits and at no time was I pressured to make a purchase, which was refreshing. Both times the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the products they were selling and offered fair impartial advice. The process was fully explained to me and Jacqueline was both friendly and genuine. Thank you

We had been to other stores and were intending to go to more on our list, however we were so impressed with the salesman we decided to purchase without looking further. All the other stores the sales staff were very pushy and didn't give us much time. Your salesman (Mac) gave us space, answered questions when asked but importantly let us decide what we wanted.

Trevor, our member of staff was so helpful without being too intrusive. He explained the different bed types, offered us a drink and we were made to feel extremely welcome, this is especially nice given we were potentially making a large price purchase. We tried the bed tester software which helped to narrow down our decision. The overall shopping experience was excellent. We were made to feel very valued.

The opportunity to take the test on the system to help us determine the likely best suit was really useful and reassuring Trevor (our salesman) was very knowledgeable , friendly and helpful - we even got a cup of tea!

There was a great selection of bed designs and mattresses. The store assistants didn't jump all over you as soon as you walked in and Jackie the lady who assisted us was very patient with me as I was taking a while to make up my mind about what matters to buy. She was extremely informative about the products which helped me reach my decision.

The assistant manager Mac was an absolute gentleman. Really down to earth and to be honest just a gentle person. Thanks Mac.
