I was highly satisfied with my purchase from Dreams. Trevor was very knowledgable and he even did me a deal. Most impressed!

Very helpful staff seemed like of quality product have brought numerous beds and mattresses in the past always very helpful at this store

Had a look at beds on the ground floor wanted something different to a normal standard bed.Went to first floor and right in front of us was the bed we was looking for .The shop assistant talked to us and explained that it comes in 3 different colours and also showed us a sample of the leather in the colour we asked for. We are was also surprised that how quick it will be delivered. More than happy with the service we got from the sales man overall a brilliant experience. It was a dream shopping at dreams

The representative, Mac, first asked if we needed, we generally like to browse first, however, he gave us some quick and useful information, then left us alone as we requested. His help was very helpful, it allowed us to avoid looking aimlessly at too may types of mattresses. Within about ten minutes of his help, we had made our choice. we called him over and were quickly and politely served. delivery date was good. We were happy customers.

I was very happy with our greeting from very friendly staff. Max was very helpful and knowledgeable and made us feel confident about ordering from Dreams. We received excellent service would be happy to send any of my friends and relations to this store.

We found that we had plenty of time to look around the store, the staff were available when we needed them and Trevor explained the different colour codes on the beds, he then left us to look around (which was lovely as we had just been to another bed store and were constantly followed round the store being asked if we needed help every minute when we just wanted time to try the different beds) We tried lots of mattresses and when we found one we liked, Trevor was there to assist us and check the delivery time (which was only 6 days which was great!) He was very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed. It was a great visit to the store and I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my beds/mattresses in the future!

I placed my order over the phone and the lady was lovely.She could tell me about the mattress I was looking at and answered all my questions.Very satisfied with my phone conversation.I have not received my mattress yet so can’t comment on if I like it
