The store assistant Trevor was a friendly member of staff who took a lot of time understanding my needs. He really took and interest in my life and I enjoyed the time spent with him placing my order.

We were allowed to take our time walk round the store with out being hassled by staff, but we also knew staff were available and would support and help when ever questions arose, they were friendly, they knew what they were talking about by cost, different type of mattress, sizing, very knowledgeable about quality of the different beds, mattress etc, they made suggestions so as not to make hasty decisions and suggested we try several beds and to retry if not sure, at the same time leaving us to get on with out thoughts, when ready to buy they were very quick putting the order on line and offered a cup of tea whilst the paper work was been done. Excellent service
