We were highly satisfied with the service from Mac from start to finished which helped us choose which bed and mattress was best for my Teenagers children's needs and suitability. We were even offered a hot drink if we wanted. The sales people were welcoming; helpfull and professional. I would use Dreams again as I did buy beds in the pass 9 years ago from Dreams and still happy. I would recommend Dreams beds to friends and family. Thank you

We were not sure what type of mattress to buy, Jacqueline at the Coventry Gallagher retail park store was extremely helpful. Her knowledge was excellent, she explained the different type of mattresses and gave us plenty of time to try them. She was very patient with us as we had lots of question and even reassured us the bed base would fit by going to get a tape measure so we could visualise the actual measurements.

Use of a technological bed to calculate what type of mattress I need was unexpected but impressive. Tea was offered which was welcome! I could spend as much time as I wanted trying mattresses with different pillows and the representative was knowledgeable. One gripe: I wasn't told, and find it shocking, that choosing a replacement within the 40 day period does not receive a refund if the replacement is cheaper. Today I was looking at an £800 mattress and a £1700 one. Would you really have kept £900 if I purchased the more expensive one and needed to change?? That defeats a large part of the point of getting to exchange! At the very least I should have been informed of this policy. Additionally, the wording you use is "we are unable to refund". I don't believe for one second that you are actually "unable" to. If I had bought the more expensive one and exchanged for the cheaper model and not received a refund of the difference, I would be rating my experience as "highly dissatisfied" (or outraged, rather!!)

The assistant (MAC) was friendly and helpful without being pushy. He allowed me the time to speak with my daughter before I made my final decision. Overall I was very impressed with the level of service.

We were dealt with very promptly and assistant had very good knowledge of product we required. Well satisfied. Now waiting for delivery.
