Trevor at Gallagher Retail, Coventry was extremely knowledgable of the products and very helpful and friendly which meant we were happy to make a purchase. This is the second sale from Trevor and we also had excellent service on the previous occasion.

We were very impressed by the knowledge of the salesman at the Coventry store I think his name was Trevor, he was very patient and understanding of our needs as we had been badly let down by the after sales of a previous store we would definitely recommend Dream's to our friends in the future.

My second purchase in as many weeks and again I can’t fault the deal, the service or the speed of getting my items delivered. I’ve just moved into a new house so when ever I need something I need it quick and Mark at Coventry always comes up trumps.

We were greeted and assisted by Mac. He was informative about the products and gave welcomed advice with an ease of manor and friendly nature. He was effective and efficient with our purchase and went above and beyond to be helpful to us. He made this experience highly satisfactory.

My Wife and I explained to the Salesman Trevor that we have had a Tempur mattress for the last 20 years and allthough we are still happy with it we know the correct thing is to replace with a new mattress. We said as we are in our 8o,s we didn,t want to pay too high a price but wanted a simular quality of mattress and the one Trevor recomended is perfect. My wife and I had no previous experience of Dreams and were very impressed by the guidance of the computer machine and Trevor the rep in relation to the range of mattresses recommended as suitable for us, the ability to try out all those we needed, and also to spend the length of time we needed to give full consideration to our choice and purchase. Buying a new mattress is expensive and, as it is for years of service, needs to be got right.

I was very pleased with how the staff took time to explain the different mattresses and their willingness to help me find my perfect mattress. Staff were very professional and very knowledgeable.
