Dreams - Coventry

The gentleman who served us was very knowledgeable and we were about to leave to go to another bed shop just before he approached us and told us about the bed machine that measures your pressure points and recommends a mattress. We were offered a hot drink too. Subsequently we tested the beds again and within 15 minutes we had purchased one. Delivery options were very speedy and we managed to get an offer on the collection of our old mattress. All in all excellent service!

Trevor in the Coventry store was extremely helpful, not pushy and very informative. He guided me are on the shop as I was asking questions, we used the sleep match to look at which mattress would be the best for me and he also made me a cup of tea which was lovely. The sale was processed fairly quickly and I walked away a satisfied customer and excited about the delivery of my new bed. I've not yet received the bed so can't comment on delivery or the product itself as yet.

Jacqueline who assisted us was great, we could have a laugh with her but also if we needed any assistance she was there to advise. There was no hard sales push from her either. My cuppa which was made by one of the chaps at the store (I've forgotten his name!) was the best cuppa I've had for a while too!! Placing the order with Jacqueline wasn't a chore either; with my cup of tea in hand and having a laugh whilst filling in the details required, it all went smoothly and easy and certainly wasn't a boring task. The only thing I'd say I was disappointed with was the selection of actual beds, there wasn't a great deal to choose from, however, we are over the moon with the bed we did purchase. Great staff in your store and the all deserve a big Christmas Bonus :-)

I think our time there was made better by how friendly Jacqueline was (I think that’s her name!!) she wasn’t pushy and we had a laugh so it didn’t feel like a hard sale. I’d also like to say that Mac made a cracking cup of tea whilst we were ordering the bed frame & mattress!! Only down side is I’ve not received a phone call to book our delivery date.

Jacqueline was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When we decided we wanted to add an Ottoman to our order and rang her once we got home, nothing was too much trouble. We were also impressed with the quality of the sofa beds in stock, as well as the sleepmatch to give mattress advice.

On arrival in the Coventry branch of dreams, we were greeted by the salesperson Jacqueline. Jacqueline asked if there was anything that she could help us with and talked us through some of the options available to fit our requirements of mattresses and bases for king size beds. Jacqueline also took us through some other options which may also be of interest to us. Once Jacqueline had discussed the options she then left us to talk it over, while we continued to look around the store. We went back to Jacqueline to discuss a single bed option we were also interested in purchasing. On-going through all of our requirements we decided to place the order there and then for X2 king size mattresses and bases and X1 single bed and base. I would like to say how refreshing it was to be greeted by a salesperson, given the information you need and then be left to continue to browse while you discuss the options with your partner. Usually when you enter some stores you end up with a salesperson hovering at every turn giving you the feeling of being stalked. My wife and I would like to say a big thank you to Jacqueline for the help we received on the day.
