The assistant "Trevor" was very knowledgeable and very friendly, he made us feel very welcome and gave us great advice

There was plenty of options for us to choose from, the salesman first approached us and then gave us time to browse and decide what we were looking for. Slightly disappointed that we have to wait more than 3 weeks to receive our goods as we opted for free delivery.

Staff knowledge was extremely helpful when deciding on the correct bed to choose. Very pleasant and patient whilst we were deciding on the correct item to buy.

Trevor is highly skilled and experience. Technically we have had a very good assistance and not pushing selling strategy made us feel better and we bought the mattress we wanted without feeleing presure.
