Trevor was very helpful and informative. He gave me time and space to reflect on the information and come to my decision.

The salesman was very friendly and polite and demonstrated good product knowledge. We were even offered a cup of tea! very nice touch, extremely satisfied with our visit much more friendly than their competitors across the road, we are looking forward to our new bed :)

Jacqueline was amazing, her product knowledge was excellent. She listened to what we needed and showed us great options, I also never knew how important a good pillow is! She understood when to leave us alone and when to pop back over to check on us. Great visit and even got a lovely cup of tea on a cold day.

The salesman (Trevor) was not pushy and did not try to force us into a purchase but was informative and explained the difference between the different products which helped us come to our decision a lot easier.

We were met by a very friendly and helpful assistant called Mac who just left us alone to browse and was on hand when we needed him.ordering what we wanted and payment was also easy.up to now we have had a very pleasant experience and would like to say Thank You

As soon as my sister and I entered the store Kidd noticed us and came to offer assistance. My sister (Ms V Lester is terminally ill and needs a lot of support.) Kidd picked up on her neediness and explained everything plainly and with patience. He gave her a very good deal and couldn’t do enough to help. It was a very successful visit and both her and I would come again.

Jackie (store assistant) saw that we were looking at firm mattresses and showed us an offer on a bed that was a similar price but a better product on a limited time deal. She was really friendly and knowledgeable but still let us go off and have a look around without bothering us or being too pushy which we really liked.

The whole experience was handled in a professional and friendly way. Thank you.
