The sales advisor (Mac) was courteous and knowledgeable but not 'pushy'. This allowed us to spend time alone choosing the mattress knowing he was available to discuss things should we want to.

Members of staff were friendly and were not pushy they allowed us time to browse products without applying pressure. Mac who was the gentleman we mainly dealt with was knowledgeable about the products and gave valuable advice when asked.

Welcomed at the entrance, shown the product we were interested in and [leased with the manor we ordered in.

I was attended to straight away by Trevor.He was very helpful and explained all the different types of beds . He did not rush me offered me tea and was very pleasant to chat to. He helped me make a very difficult decision and although as yet I haven't received the bed. He explained your 30-40 day trial , which is very re-assuring. Thank you Trevor.

Mac in store was highly helpful at getting us whatever we needed and encouraging us to try different things. He helped us with any questions we asked and also offered us tea and coffee. We managed to get everything we needed along with some extra freebies to help us along. Fantastic customer service
