Served by an assistant named Trevor who explained all the different types of mattresses which narrowed down search time. Very helpful. Left us alone for 20 mins to try out the desired mattresses and then returned asking if we needed anymore help. Informed us of the delivery and disposal of our old mattress options. His colleague was also friendly and helpful. All in all a pleasant visit to the store in Coventry.

Sales assistant jacqueline was very knowledgeable on beds and information on the beds and mattresses spoke wth confident in the products, she was pleasent and patient not pushy or that we were taking to long and trying lots of mattresses she was very honest, makes us fell we brought the best products for us, I can honestly say what a pleasure the whole experience was from the moment we walked into store to a nice cup of tea, would definitely go back and purchase more beds if we ever need to, I would recommend the store to family and friends thanks

Its amazing to say that from the time i walked into the shop and completing th order the service was absolutely brilliant from Mac the sales member. Tea and coffee was offered at a time when the store was busy for Mac this was not too much of a hassle.

I HAVE BOUGHT VARIOUS BEDS AND MATTRESSES OVER THE YEARS, I HAVE RECENTLY GOT MARRIED AND NEEDED TO BUY NEW BEDS FOR MY NEW STEP CHILDREN, I HAVE DEALT WITH TREVOR ONE OF YOUR ASSISTANT'S THE LAST TWO TIMES, WHAT A FANTASTIC MAN AND HAS KNOWLEDGE ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS THAT ARE IN STORE AND MAY NEED TO BE ORDERED.

Friendly helpful assistance but not overbearing

Trevor, the assistant, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of information without being too pushy. I was encouraged to try the beds by lying on them and given sufficient time to make up my mind as to which one I preferred. I was offered and accepted a cup of coffee while the order was being processed. Trevor made polite conversation while I finished my coffee without prying into my personal circumstances.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about all the products and made me aware of all the various types of beds and mattresses. We were given coffee and treated exactly what a customer should be treated like. Our assistant Mac was extremely friendly. I would recommend this store and products and services to anyone wishing to buy bedroom products 10 out of 10!!!!!!

Mainly down to the great customer service, Mac really knew his stuff and was very helpful.
