I was made to feel very welcome. Product knowledge great. Listened to my needs. Provided options and discussed space available. Looked on internet to view any other options not available in store. Clear breakdown of price. Lady was exceptional informative friendly but not pushy. Good asset to the company.

Jacqueline Ball was very friendly and not at all pushy. My wife has serious back problems (facing more surgery) and this had to be taken into account when selecting the correct mattress.
