I had a lovely lady called Jackie that had assisted me over the phone. I was a little unsure with the item that I wanted but she was extremely helpful with helping me decide and also gave me a good insight into the product I was buying. It was very easily done and was catered for me very quickly

We wasn't being pushed into a sale by the assistant she let us decide what we wanted , and she was very knowledgeable about all the products on offer and any discounts available

Very helpful and intuitive sales team, let us have a browse and answered any questions that needed answering. Were great with our kids, offered us tea and gave advice when needed.

Having spent some time in other stores that sell beds (heavy pressure from staff) I found that your staff at Dreams were fantastic!! We were looked after by Mac in your Coventry branch (Gallagher retail park) he was lovely, answered every question and was clearly knowledgeable. Great service. Thank you Dreams.

Trevor was great, he was friendly and helpful but not pushy, he presented us with a range of options and was honest and clear about the different options. He has a good knowledge of products and offered suggestions we hadn’t thought about.
