Jacqueline B who served us was excellent and really went the extra mile. We turned up half an hour before store closing time and she stayed until fifteen minutes after the closing time and reassured us that there was no rush and she would stay as long as necessary. She greeted us when we entered the store, listened to our requirements, then made well informed recommendations. Based on those, we were able to make a conclusion on what we were going to finally purchase. Jacqueline was extremely helpful but not intrusive. The store was clean and well presented and the customers toilets immaculate when we visited with our young children! I would certainly recommend your company going off the very positive experience we had with Jacqueline.

Just a good shop

I was shown what I requested we were left to look on our own without pushy salesman. Answered our questions when we had chosen to make sure we had made the correct choice. Straight forward sale pleasant experience. Could not confirm on quality of goods till they have been tried and tested.

We visited three times to finally choose - each time a different staff member was helpful. We were supported with discounts/offers and to choose what worked for us. When placing the order the staff member was friendly, helpful and we were happy with our purchase.

We were met with a smile and offered a drink. this on its own was welcome Jackie asked us what we were looking for, initially we wanted a frame bed but it became clear we didn't have the room, we had some time to look at the choices. We used the new tech system were we lay on a bed it helped us select the correct mattress for us both. from start to finish Jackie was with us, we had time to talk without being over heard/shadowed, which again i like as in the past sales people can be rather over bearing. JACKIE was not she had the sales process well covered and noticed when we needed some time alone. Jackie talked over all the options and we settled for one that for us was perfect in comfort and price. (I would have loved a tempo but they are well out of our price range) now one thing to note, me and my husband had agreed to NOT buy on the 1st visit and shop around... for us that key getting best value HOWEVER Jackie was so brilliant she made us feel like she cared and as a result we bought on our 1st visit, i felt like she helped us to BUY
