I was acknowledged by tommy when I first walked in, he explained how the shop works and I used the machine to help me understand which mattress is best for me. He was very helpful and patient even gave me a lovely cup tea

The service was excellent with a knowledgeable sales person who looked after us. He showed us several options but left us to decide which item would best suit our needs.

The staff was very helpful. I was very confused which mattress to select but Trevor explained everything very nicely and used this new technology to choose the mattress that suits our needs and we have bought the product after his recommendation. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. This new technology of assessing the customers need is a great product.

I personally feel that Dreams has top quality things and are great value for money. Customer service is excellent and they take value of a customer. They give you great advice on products that will suit you and your room style. Very flexible delivery dates and always ready to help. I went to buy a wardrobe for my room. A Dreams colleague Mac helped me choose my wardrobe and helped me choose matching bed and bedside table. Definitely recommend.
