Jackie was really helpful and knowledgable and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable.

The gentleman who helped us was very understanding of our needs as the room that the new bed was for is in the loft he gave us a good number of options and we were cconfident that we had chosen the right bed for our needs. He and his colleague who we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful

When we walked into the shop we had a gentleman which was happy and very welcoming.. he guided us around the shop and answered all of our questions. I felt he was very honest and listened to our needs. I feel confident with my purchase and would be happy to shop there again. Trevor was a superstar. Myself and partner was more then happy when we left

Kamaljit was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Listened to everything and offered advice. Asked if we would like to use the sleep master and explained all about it. He offered us refreshments.Was attentive but not pushy. Cleaned after every bed test and brought us a pillow to use. Made the whole experience pleasant and stress free
