Trevor great lad sorted a mattress for me after mine was damaged, sorted me a mattress from the clearance range upstairs and gave me some free pillows.

Staff was very good to us and very helpful that’s why i jused this store three times

From the moment we walked into store we were met by Trevor, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy in any way, gave us time and space to make up our minds. Answered all questions and queries that we had .... I would highly recommend him!!

Ordered product I was after, and was given the extra information I needed

Polite & helpful Staff

We were made welcome and the feeling of importance of our selves once inside the store. After we explained our reasons for shopping at Dreams we were shown variants of comfort in the beds and prices plus availability, couldn't have wished for more.

The salesman that helped me choose a mattress was very knowledgeable and when I couldn't get the firs choice of mattress that I wanted he suggested an alternative which has proved to be a good choice.

1st class sales staff with great knowledge of the product we were shopping for.

Yeovil branch member of staff (man) was very helpful then me and me and my partner went home, had a little think then placed order over the phone, the man that tool the sell was incredibly kind polite and knowable, I know he was just doing his job but I felt he went that extra mile, if you have a way to recognise he good work is employer bonus egg then give it to him, I will spread the word of dreams to all my family and friends.
