We were unsure of what bed to have. The sales assistant was very helpful and let us do the be test which confirmed our decision to have a firm bed. We tried a number of different beds and then chose the Dreams own make. Very good service friendly staff and as I was already on the database the paperwork was done swiftly. Just waiting for delivery now in a couple of weeks time.

The lady who served me was friendly did not try to push me but let me make the choice, I explained it was for a spare bed and would not be used often.She understood that and showed me beds in my price range.

I walked into the store with a set goal, I needed a superking mattress delivered the same day as I was moving house. Trevor asked how he could help, I told him what I wanted, he took me upstairs showed me two mattress in the clearance section. I picked one he then called a private courier to deliver after 6 that same night.

"Trevor" who took my order on the telephone was just BRILLIANT .....SO HELPFUL couldn't have asked for a better service ....& also noticed that the lines closed not long after my call & he was certainly in no rush to get rid of me ***** service...... I hope you do let the sales person know how we rated them...good staff is hard to find
