Dreams - Coventry

Your sales assistant Jacqueline was lovely. Total credit to your store. Informative, friendly and efficient. I rarely complete these type of feed back surveys however i wanted you to know what a valuable employee you have in your Coventry store. Even though I don't live in Coventry I would travel to that store for my next purchase with Jacqueline.

We, my wife and i noted a sale on a Dreams having firstly gone to another mattress retailer on the same retail site only find it had closed down. So Dreams it was. There was no forceful sell and were allowed to browse being approached after a few minutes by Jackie T who asked if we knew what we were looking for. We were shown and asked to look at and try some mattresses in the category we were interested in and a comprehensive description of the various mattress make ups explained. We were allowed to talk to each other after that for a while to discuss the possible purchase and supplied with a lovely cuppa. Jackie wandered off to complete other tasks in the store. We called her back after a few minutes to confirm our interest. The sale was made during a friendly, general discussion on unrelated topics. A warranty was discussed along with the details of the delivery, the disposal of the old mattress along with its recycling process. Fantastic! Thank-you Dreams

Store was well laid out and displays were clean and tidy. Trevor was very knowledgeable on his subject and took time to understand my requirements. At no time in the process did I feel pressurised to make a decision, it was all done at a pace I was very comfortable with.

Salesman was very informative and not pushy at all which we liked

I was very satisfied with the experience at dreams I was helped as soon as I entered the store and was given a lot of time to be shown around to my needs towards a bed that suited me mr ramzan had all the answers to my questions and was a experienced member of dreams team .

Great customer service! Very friendly and informative and the gadget that you lie on that tells you what mattress is best suited to you is very clever and I was highly impressed that the results matched what the shop assistant advised so it wasnt just pushing the most expensive product it was genuine to my needs.

The customer service was excellent. We were welcomed and assisted in choosing a suitable mattress by Trevor. He was very polite and nice as well as professional. He was very patient and showed us all the options available before we chose a mattress. A cuppa was offered too!
