Jacqueline B was really attentive. Had good product knowledge and understood our needs. Jacqueline was not in anyway pervasive, she just allowed us to make our our choice. Jacqueline explained all the differences in the mattresses and used the sleep monitor to explore what our mattress preference could possibly be. Neither myself or Jon like a sales environment and were pleased our experience was as easy as getting the weekly shop.

I received great customer service and was very satisfied with my purchase. The sales assistant listened to my personal needs and found me bed that suits my needs.

Both the manager and Jacqueline were so helpful my husband had a back operation and there advise was so valved and the time they took explaining about mattress made this a really nice experience. It was my birthday on this day and the staff were so kind I have told everybody what a great experience we had diffenatly wouldn't go any were else for a bed.
