Very pleased with the level of service I have received. We were looked after by Trevor in store. He listened to our needs and was very patient as we looked at different bed options. Trevor was knowledgeable and gave clear information. The experience in store was very relaxed and there was never any element of pressure or wanting to close a sale. We built up a good rapport and we made our purchase. It was also an end of sale promotion so we left feeling like we had got a really good deal. I was kept well informed regarding the delivery arrangements and being advised of the drivers name and his vehicle registration was a nice touch. The delivery was completed in the time frames given and Craig the driver was very pleasant and professional. We are delighted with our new bed and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dreams and will certainly use the store again. Thank you again to Trevor and the rest of the team.

Good service and short delivery time

The bed we bought is beautiful..the customers service was very good..the assistant had good knowledge of the mattresses and beds..explained everything we needed to no.

We were served by Mac. He was very friendly, he wasn't pushy but gave us all the relevant information to make our purchase. He checked in occasionally and was able to read when we wanted further assistance and when we wanted to be left alone to think. The beds seemed clean (Bensons over the road looked grubby in comparison). Mac was also able to help us problem solve around our issue of having large bedroom (ie. We wanted a very big bed) and having narrow stairway.

Friendliness and approachability of the staff. Had a great balance between giving us information and giving us time to think without handling us.
