We very much liked that we were left to make decisions by ourselves, we didn't feel pushed at all. When we did need advise, there was always someone to hand. When we placed our order we found Jacqueline to be very pleasant indeed... We couldn't have asked for a better sales assistant and experience.

The member of staff, Jacqueline, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was very engaging and it was a genuine conversation that made the sale perfectly smooth. She had the personality that was incredibly friendly and warm.

Im very impressed very highly satisfied and the final say would be that i would recommend Dreams to others aswell. Beautiful frames and divans and a massive array of mattress to see and try out in the Coventry story.
