The assistant Trevor was great. Good product knowledge, non pushy, gave lots of helpful suggestions when asked and was patient, giving us plenty of time to discuss with each other before making a decision. We needed the product fairly quickly and this was possible. Just hoping the bed arrives when promised and our decision was right.

Jackie was very friendly and helpful. She discussed our requirements and immediately showed us suitable beds (after trying the computerise bed which measured us etc). Very ahppy with her service and efficiency.
