The sales assistant Mac was so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. He didn't put me under pressure to buy which I hate and felt really at ease with him.

Great store, well kept and very presentable Staff member was very polite and never kept me waiting around. Products and prices both very impressive. Was showed straight to what I asked for and prices explained very clearly. Delivery was organised quickly and clearly which arrived pretty much to the minute. I have already and will continue to reccomend your company and the specific store I used

Mac who dealt with us was very knowledgable and took plenty of time to help us purchase the right products. We placed two separate orders at the same time with total spend of £4,200.

We needed a mattress but didn't really know where to start, Jackie T at Coventry store was really helpful and we were able to find the best mattress for us.

The store assistant that served us was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. he had gone through different range of products. The store itself is very presentable. The scientific lab mattress trial was very helpful for me to decide what type of mattress I want. Even though I was not entirely satisfied with price and it over budgeted, the experience from store and staff very good.
