Dreams - Coventry

When we arrived in store, Trevor came over to us within minutes to see if we were ok. I felt like he wasn't pushy but there enough to ask questions. Kept checking we were ok and gave us plenty of information on the products we were looking at.

There is a good range of products to view and try. The store is located in a retail park which is easy to get to and park. The staff there are very welcoming and very genuine with their advice. They are all very helpful and attentive when needed but also give enough space on your own. Also the mattress matching test was very impressive and even accurate as we were struggling to decide between mattresses and even the system came up with those two as the most suitable ones! The prices are competitive and the process of placing the order was quick and simple. Would recommend and also use Dreams again!

We first went in store at Harlow. The staff were friendly. First offered any help and when we said we were fine the girl offered us tea or coffee (we declined but it was lovely to be asked). The staff gave us some space to look around then Shah offered further assistance, starting with the bed assessment. He was helpful and non invasive. He then took us to a series of beds to try based on our assessment and his style was knowledgeable but not invasive or overbearing. He gave us space and time at each stage and stepped back in when he could see we were ready. At the end we had a good idea of what we wanted and equally wanted to shop around. Shah understood and did not pressurise us. He gave us details of the chosen options and delivery dates. When we were ready to go back we called and Shah was not on duty. So we ordered online and Mac was great too. Ultimately the sale was down to Shah and Mac further enhanced the great experience. Really impressed and I rarely complete reviews but felt it was important to recognise Shah and Mac. They were both fab. Thank you

Have purchased with you before, and have been very happy, but phoned Norwich store in evening, and discovered when I phoned Norwich with problem, I was talking to Mark, in Coventry. The person in Norwich gave me Customer service number, who I contacted and spoke to Mark, to relieved my fears I had'nt been scamed. Mark help me confirm my transactionm so am now happy.

We had attended the Nuneaton store earlier in the day where colleagues where disinterested and complained that they hadn’t had time for a cup of tea.. several customers were waiting to be served and only 2 staff present. So we drive to Coventry store, where the service was AMAZING. Friendly, knowledgeable and unhurried, very different to the Nuneaton store. We consequently placed our order here. Praise to “Trevor” whom was very patient as our teenage daughter made up her mind, and answered all of her questions, and despite it being near closing made us feel valued as a customer and unhurried.

Experienced problem when ordering on line but had excellent service and understanding when I phoned to order. Very pleased with my purchase and communication from the delivery service by text and a phone call too. Excellent all round experience thank you .
