as im wheelchair-bound and attended with a P.A, sales advisor Jackie B spoke to me not P.A which is not my usual experience excellent, identified asked if I had an Item in mind, from the internet/tv when I request a medical-style bed, she spent time understanding my needs before showing us your suitable beds and explained that your team are not, commission-driven sales, and that the business ethos is the focus on happy customers & staff to retain both!

I was looking for a mattress and needed a quick delivery to a house flood, Mark quickly showed me my best options offered me a great deal and even arrange for my old one to be taken away.

I was served by Rangzeb,he couldn't have been more helpful I'm disabled and needed a certain bed to support me he talked me through the different type of beds explaining what the differences were,my two sisters were with me he offered us drinks and due to hot weather we chose water and he replenished them he helped push my wheel chair and I couldn't fault him he was kind understanding and very patient we never felt under pressure a brilliant experience

The dreams web page was down so I called by phone to place my order and the man Mac who i spoke to was fab ! He sorted my order in minutes. Very happy with how he was and he had a lovely manner . Well done for employing such a lovely kind well spoken person.
