Dreams - Coventry

Your colleague was very thorough in all departments when telling me how comfortable and practical the bed would be. He also explained clearly what the price would be and all extras like taking away my old bed and fitting and installing my new bed.

We spent a good amount of time at Dreams (Gallagher, Coventry) over two days with both Trevor and Mac. Both found time to speak with us and had excellent product knowledge. They were both very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Staff were more friendly and helpful than any other bed shop we visited. The staff also recognised us and remembered our preferences/needs despite weeks between visits.

The sales assistant, Trevor, was extremely helpful and friendly. We didn't feel that we were being forced into buying with hard sales tactics which is very off putting for us.

Mac was helpful but not pushy, I am very put off by pushy salesmen!

Mac gave us the best service that a customer can get from a bed retailer. Nothing was too much to ask from mark and mac.

The level of service was brilliant, Mac looked after us and ensured that my dad spent the maximum time on the bed while he discussed all the options available to me. He was thoughtful and kind in his reponse and made us feel very welcome. During the visit as my father is unwell and was sick Mac was quick to offer support - which we appreciated.
