Brilliant service from Mark, only went into store for a spare bed mattress ended up buying a whole new ottoman bed with headboard but walked away with a right bargain. Will be back to buy a tempur mattress for myself soon.

The staff member was extremely friendly and helpful assuring me he would diary my order to chase in a couple of weeks. He explained the league time of which I was happy with his explanation and reassurance.
