Mac was a pleasant.. knowledgeable member of staff who we didn't feel overpowered with at any stage of our visit.

I was highly satisfied with the products I saw in the store on my visit and moreover with the customer service given to me on the day of my visit. She made me feel welcome and was so polite while taking to me which really made me come back and make my purchase. She offer me a drink and made me so comfortable that I even had to buy some pillows that I didn’t even plan for just because of her approach. She is very good in her job I must say.

We went in knowing which bed we wanted but wanted to know more about the options. Max was very helpful and friendly. We decided to come back the following day to place the order, Trevor was amazing. Honestly could not fault him!
