Good Customer Service, Good price, Lots of options

The staff we encountered were perfect, just the right balance of being available to assist but not hover. Both of the people we dealt with were very knowledgeable about your products. Unfortunately after the order was made things have been less than perfect. I received a TXT message on the 16/09 advising me that delivery would be made on 25/09. I replied NO (26/09/2019) Please. I then received a phone call to confirm 25/09 for delivery . I told the guy on the phone I was not available on the 25/09 can you please deliver on the 26/09. I was told NO and I would be put back to the following week and someone would contact me to confirm a date. I told the guy on the phone the only day I am available the week commencing Monday the 30/09 would be the Monday. He could not guaranty I would be given that day.

Trevor was really helpful, explained about the mattress type we were looking for an then left us to browse at our own speed. We tried the sleep match which was really good and helped us make a decision for which mattress would be most suitable. Trevor placed our order really efficiently and offered us tea and coffee which was a nice touch. The shop was laid out really well and the colour system on the beds made browsing really easy.

Good option of beds available. Great to have the 20% off offer running over the bank holiday weekend, as well as being able to use Student Beans for a further discount. Store staff friendly and helpful. Store environment calm and relaxing.

Trevor (sales assistant) was extremely helpful and looked after us from start to finish. Myself and my partner have never bought a bed before so we’re pretty clueless but Trevor’s knowledge and expertise really put us at ease. He supported us through every decision and was really easy to get along well, he’s a real credit to your team!
