Mac or Big Mac as he jokingly called himself, was very helpful, I needed a bed quickly and had a particular budget I wanted to stick to. He showed me a frame and a mattress from the clearance section and sorted me and my partner an amazing price with free pillows to top it off. Great guy great service.

When I arrived in store I was immediately greeted by Jackie T who offered me the opportunity to test which mattress would be best. I went to the shop intending to buy a bed however hadn’t given much thought about the mattress so this was really helpful. I spent a long time looking through the selection of beds and even went for a coffee to think over my options all the while Jackie T was very helpful, giving me space but was always available when I had questions. When I had picked out my bed, I decided to delay buying the mattress as the prices were expensive. One last look at round the shop I found a returned mattress with the exact size and firmness on the list of mattresses suggested by Jackie. It was meant to be! Overall extremely happy with the customer service and ended up with a brilliant deal.
