Mark was very helpful he knew I needed a bed for my new moving date, unfortunately the bed was out of stock but mark discounted down a divan base so I would have a base to use with my mattress. Then discounted down assembly as a goodwill gesture for when the bedframe gets delivered. So left happy in the end.

Colleague Mac was very helpful and informative without being pushy or over the top. Friendly and approachable and gave us the right balance of alone time but made sure we were attended to at the same time.

The assistant approached us very quickly and took us straight to the product that we came in for having seen it on your TV Ad. He was very knowledgeable and non pushy, he was very friendly and polite, a credit to your company.

Staff were cheerful and helpful. Apart from the long wait for delivery, the whole experience was stress free and easy. We had bought our previous bed at this store and returned because of the high standard of service we received on that occasion.

Mr Trevor , sales assistant at Coventry Gallegher store was extremely helpful and very cooperative. He was very professional and knew his job . Excellent customer service from Mr Trevor.

The young lad was such a nice guy and was very knowledgeable of the products and i told him are budget and went straight to suitable ones and was patient whilst me and my partner tried a few beds. If ut wasnt for him i think i would have shopped elsewhere due to feeling like we were ignored by the other sales assistant that was walking around he went to a couple that walked in after us. Maybe it was the track suit judging a book etc but the older bloke was odd. The guys we delt with was absoloutely fantastic and was glad he was in the store that day he made things so easy and we chose are mattress paid the 350 and were on are way cant commend the lad enough fantastic salesman.
