At the Gallagher Retail Park, Coventry, Mac served us. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He made everything easy and clear.

You quickly got to the point of what I was ordering and the quality of the products and problems I had and questions were quickly answered in a friendly manner

Mac, Mark and Jacqueline were fantastic, I have bought from dreams in the past . Mark and Jacqueline I’ve met before , always very welcoming and supportive. Mac dealt with us and he was very professional, explaining everything about the bed, very understanding of my husbands medical condition.

Mac who served me was highly knowledgeable and took the time to understand what my requirements where. He showed me all the options and allowed me to make an no pressure purchase. He informed me of the offers that where on and explained how they would benefit me. He was a credit to the dreams brand

As soon as I walked into the store Mac came over and offer some advice but I was just looking and he left me alone, after a period of time looking I asked some questions then Mac offered some advice and explained the differences and even offered me a hot drink, for me this is how companies should treat customers.

I was highly satisfied with the assistance I received and the time spent by the assistance answering my numerous questions in a knowledgeable and pleasant manner which made the whole process less stressful.

In the store for less than a hour, well looked after, and the correct bed/mattress found with ease, placing oder was equally hassle free
