The assistant,Trevor, at the Coventry store at Gallagher Retail Park, NEEDS a special mention because he was so helpful and accommodating. He talked us through the all the products and had such a good knowledge of them- we really didn’t know anything about mattresses and how to choose the right one for us so he was a massive help. In the end we came away from the store with exactly what we needed and wanted, and he also helped accommodate a delivery time that suited us, which was difficult juggling full time work and weekend plans. Your employee Jaqueline was very friendly and took time to make sure I was aware of all the details being correct.As an 87 year old lady there are people who get impatient with you but not Jacqueline full marks to her.

The assistant Jackie, was very helpful, friendly and professional. She went out of her way to show all products available and did the mattress analysis to find out the correct mattress type.

Jacqueline was very friendly and knowledgeable, the bed frame I went in for looks perfect, I added an adjustable bed for a very reasonable price and hVe upgraded my tempur mattress too

Trevor assisted us with our purchase and explained the difference with the range of beds available. He was not pushy and took time to understand what we were looking for.

Salesman was very helpfull didnt rush us in any way as i dont like to be pushed into buying something we were shown operation of both tv beds as we were unsure but were given plenty of space to decide and we had a good laugh very easy to talk to and informative and gave us a very good deal we came back because we originally bought a bed for our daughter last year and were also very pleased then

Ordered over the phone, person dealing with my order was very pleasant and helpful and the transaction was dealt with in a quick efficient manner.

Sales assistant was Jacqueline B. We went to store to look for a new mattress, we had our 5 year old son with us. She was very good at involving our son and keeping him occupied. She explained the types of mattresses available taking into account our injuries so we could find the right comfort. She gave is opportunity to go away and think about the item which we wanted to make sure we were making the right choice as it was a large amount of money we were spending. When we went back to store after getting comparisons she confirmed all the information regarding price extra and gave us coffees and a drink for our son. I didn't find her pushy in any way. I found her very informative and was happy to make the purchase. We will get the item in 6 days time. Can't wait
