Small’ish guy with bold head. Really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us from start to finish the whole experience was fun and easy.

We were satisfied with all the help we got in store the man was very helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful experience with out Sleep Expert Mac who greeted us at the store and asked what we wanted. He listened to our needs and offered us the sleep test as well as a drink. He considered our budget and our needs. He also provided us with pillows to test the matresses he showed us. He was great by walking away at times leaving us to discuss what we wanted to do or thought about product without feeling like we were being watched but also was avaible to answer any questions. He also explained well the ordering system and waits as well as the bed cover plan.

Extremely friendly staff at the store, no pressure of having to buy something. Trevor sorted out my order and he did a brilliant job, very polite and friendly and knowledgeable.

Kam was extremely friendly and approachable whilst giving us time to reflect on our thoughts about the products. He was knowledgeable and shared his personal preferences which we found helpful.

Friendly, honest customer service. Trevor showed us a range of options, and asked useful questions to advise is more specifically on our needs.

As I entered the store I was greeted by Jackie. She made me feel really welcome and we spent time talking about my needs. Jackie was very knowledgeable and has gave me plenty of options without making me feel pressured. When I found I wasn't successful for the finance, she gave me another option which meant I left the store with a smile on my face. Overall I was really pleased with my experience, I left with what I wanted and I would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family. Jackie is a credit to Dreams 😊
