Knowledgeable and friendly staff at the Coventry Gallagher Retail Park store (Trevor). Product could be delivered when we needed it. 2 hour delivery slot is great however you didn't let me know the day before as promises, which didn't matter in this instance but could have been a problem.

We wasn’t bombarded as soon as we entered the store. We had a look around trying the beds out and Trevor approached us to talk about what the different colours were about and also offered us to try the sleep match to see which mattress would suit me and my partner best. He had a real good knowledge of all the mattress’ we were recommended and managed to find us a perfect mattress! Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service received and would definitely recommend dreams. Thanks
