Jackie/Jackeline was very support and helpful throughout the purchasing process. I had wanted to buy online without making a call, but when I got to checkout and payment, the details of my products were very basic and I was unable to go back to check specific details in my basket. I wanted to make sure I had pressed double bed and not single, and gel mattress not sprung. The software wouldn't enable me to do this. In the end I made a call.
