I suffer from chronic pain and fatigue. Not only was the store manager and his colleague helpful with my chosen mattress but also caring towards my illness. Coventry team are a credit to your company. I have been stressed looking for mattress as most of my time is spent in bed and am extremely happy with the dreams at Gallagher retail park. The whole shopping experience was very easy from the moment I was greeted with a smile to the last stage when I was sat at the desk with a nice cup of coffee. I really enjoyed the sleep machine experience.

Before we went into Dreams we went into Benson for beds the sales team couldnt be bothered to even get up to talk to us instead sat with their feet up. we left and walked over the road to dreams not intending to buy a bed that day as we are moving but wanted an idea of what we wanted ready to move, as soon as we entered your staff acknowledged us werent pushy and helped when we needed advice and offered hot drinks. the outcome was that we ordered the bed that day with a hopeful expectation that our moving date is before the delivery.
