I mark the sales man was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy at all he made us feel at ease, and answerd any questions we had

He was very helpful,not pushy,enven gave me a cup of tea.(most welcome.) knowledgeable, down to earth ,just the sort of assistance I needed.

Member of staff was very helpful. Even though he was havint to help me and another couple he did amazing. He let us try the bed to see what mattress we needed then showed us around. He was great with my children as well made sure they were happy.

I called the day before and spoke to Trevor who I met yesterday. He gave me and my nephew a great service. We tried lots of mattresses and were given information on all of them. We didnt feel rushed and there was no pressure to buy. This is my second purchase from Dreams this year and I am really happy with my purchase. Cant wait for my nephew to have his new bed and mattress in 2 weeks! Trevor thank you for making it a good shopping experience.
