I went to dreams as we were looking for a sofa bed for my apartment. After looking in many shops, I didn’t think a sofa bed was going to fit with quality, function and style. I was starting to give up on the sofa bed idea and was going to look at just a regular sofa until I found the Limerick sofa bed. Very pleased that this is both comfy and functional. I liked that nobody would know that this can be transformed into basically a double bed - with an added bonus of storage for quilts and pillow. Great help with making the most of small places,. I was not looking for a bed at this point, however I ended up leaving with a bed/mattress too! I was drawn towards the Sana bed, the ottoman bed is another great way of storage, which really works for me. This bed looks very classy and a great value for money. The mattress is so comfy and was picked out for me using the “sleep well” mattress simulation in store. Had a great response and help from everyone in store, very friendly and knowledgeable. We were assisted with options and measurements while in the store. Kidd (our sales rep) was most kind and patient and the best part we experienced was that the sales team let us take our time with selecting testing and measuring beds and side tables without any pressure or constant checking up on us. We bought bed room furniture (wardrobes/beds/side tables) from Dreams couple years ago as well and would be repeat customers as we love shoping from Dreams always and very pleased with the quality of service and products.

Nice people No pressure selling

Trevor was great. He greeted us at the door and explained the colour coding of the different products before helping us with the sleep match. He very knowledgable and made the process very straight forward.

The store felt welcoming. There was no pressure selling, but assistance was easily found when needed. The assistant was very helpful. You never feel as if you are intruding when you visit this store.

We were greeted in a friendly manner by your store assistant , we explained what we were looking for and were shown the extensive range of mattresses available. We were left to have a look and then he returned giving useful advice and in fact changed our minds as to type of mattress to purchase without any pressure at all .
