My partner and I were highly satisfied with our shopping experience in Dreams. We were undecided between two models and were shown demonstrations of the ottoman, hydraulic TV system and TV Speaker sound on both to help us decide. We were given the price difference and ended up choosing the more expensive model as we thought it had more benefits. We used the sleep system to choose a mattress best suited for us and our sleeping positions. In the end we purchased the bed/TV and mattress that we hope will give us the greatest entertainment and best nights sleep.

The assistant was very knowledgable regarding the product we were looking at.

The assistant was interested, he listened and promoted options that were in line with my requirements. I didn't feel any pressure and I was given all the time I needed to make my decisions. Further, he detailed every step of the process towards conclusion and ultimately delivery.

Very straightforward visit, item was priced as we wanted and the whole purchase was swift and problem free.

The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs,all round very good.

The service in store was excellent.

I was dealt with by mark Hewitt who was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He offered me great advice as I was purchasing 4 beds for adults and children and also helped with colour choices and popularity. I was very pleased with the service mark provided and have since recommended family members to visit the shop specially asking for mark as they are also interested in purchasing beds
