Good customer service. Greeted. Product knowledge. Drinks offered. Good selection of beds to choose from. Sleep Pro helped us choose which bed was suitable. No pressure put on us. Freebies thrown in. Interest free option very good. Delivery slots offered very good, bed put together by delivery men.

Everything was made easy, I went on the machine for sleep, didn’t feel pressured into buying on the day but purchased anyway as the offers were ended.

Mac was not only very knowledgeable about what we were looking for, but then whenthe out of his way to ensure that we were happy to go ahead. Very impressed.

The assistant Trevor obviously knew his products and competitors products too. He had a good sense of humour,which is important. He realised out budget and was able to steer is towards products.

Very helpful member of staff but thankfully not overbearing he did not hastle us left to look around

Excellent service, when I need my bed I will definitely be back to see the chap called Trevor who was the extremely helpful during my visit to the coventry store

I was greeted warmly when entering the Coventry store by the manager Mark, he was very helpful, had great knowledge of all the products and advised me what bed he thought would suit me best, I was given the chance to try out pillows, the sleep match option was excellent, and then I even got a drink while I placed my order.....really great experience, simple hassle free, no hard sell

Friendly welcome upon entering the store. Told the advisor (Trevor) we required a mattress and we were directed to the "sleep match". He explained how this worked and we found it very helpful in making our choice.
