The staff were really friendly and seemed very informed on the products which my husband and I found quite impressive. We were even offered tea and biscuits and given colouring books for the kids which was handy in keeping them occupied and certainly made our visit less stressful

We have used Dreams on several occasions over the years and we find the knowledge and friendly staff apart from the quality and price the main reasons we make Dreams our first stop. Trevor even remembered us from our last visit and was willing to listen to our needs and recommend several products from the ranges in store across all makes and price range not just the expensive ones like other stores push you towards. We will visit again when we are looking for beds / mattress/ pillows etc and always recommend to friends and family.

On entering the store male colleage named Mark invited us with a Smile and a hello greeting we explain exactly what we needed a pointed out let's start off with the sleep match machine which breaks down the support for the mattress at the customer requires so from there we carried on and the service all the way through was absolutely brilliant good environment instore good atmosphere as well colleagues having a bit of a laugh here in there.

We were greeted on entering the store by Trevor who was extremely pleasant and polite. We told him we were there to look at the various types of mattresses as ours needed replacing. Trevor asked relevant questions so that he could assess our needs. He then showed us to the bed on which we both lay, first on our backs as instructed so that the technology could assess our posture when lying flat and when instructed by the recorded sound, we lay on our sides as that is our normal sleeping position. Trevor printed out the results and then directed us to the mattresses which would be most likely to suit our needs. We were impressed with the store layout, the colour coding of pillows and material strips on the displays to allow us to go to the best mattresses, lay on them without having to take our shoes off and select the mattress which suited our needs and price range. Trevor is the perfect employee - knowledgable, friendly, patient and remained close by so we could ask any questions immediately.

Mark helped us with his in-depth knowledge of the product. We were after a specific adjustable bed and he was able to give expert advice. He also advised us about VAT relief due to my husband disability. He did not try to sell in a appropriate products and listened to what we needed and suggested suitable bed and mattresses.
