No pressure selling, good product knowledge and high attention to deal from Mac.

your colleague, Mac, was extremely helpful, showed us a range of products which aligned to the general sort of thing I was looking for, allowing me to hone in on a specific model. Was no pressure. I went for a short wander to think about what I wanted to do, went back to the store, and then found Mac, to place an order.

High quality service from Mark and Mac from the minute I walked in to the minute I left the store, made me and my wife feel very welcome and at ease.

After what was already a busy day, we were greeted with a coffee upon arrival and the chance to relax before even trying out the mattresses/beds. We were then left alone to have a look around and see what we thought was best for us. The staff (Tommy) wasn’t in the slightest bit pushy or going for the hard sell and once we had tried what we wanted, was then on hand to patiently offer advice, taking us through each mattress in turn. The sleep match technology was very impressive and confirmed our thoughts as to which mattress was best, so much so we returned 3 days later and made our purchase. Again, Tommy was very helpful, offering advice on the frames and colour choice, allowing us to make our own, informed decision on what to buy and not adding in any extras automatically to the price (such as extended warranty), which we had experienced at other stores and the number of plus points over competitors made Dreams our first choice, aside from the wonderful mattress and bed we purchased.

Jackie served us and she was attentive and helpful from the time we arrived until we left .

Jackie was so knowledgeable about all the products, got us to do the sleep test which matched us with the bed we chose and made the process fun and easy

I actually had to travel a bit to find the product I wanted. So ended up in Coventry store and spoke to mac but didn't order on the day. Mac gave me a quote for the order and I called next to and to spoke to the branch Manager Mark.

Shopping in store number 072 and dealing directly with Jackie was a real pleasure. Jackies product knowledge was fantastic, as was her customer service. Whilst parting with a substantial amount of money is never pleasant(I’m a cheapskate!), Jackie made the whole process enjoyable and you can be sure I will be back in the next 10 years.

I actually knew what i wanted but thought i try and see what the sales man would sell me. I tried the sleep match machine which actually came up with my medium requirement. The sales person wasn't selling me the expensive mattresses but tried to make sure i get the support needed was right. The mattress i bought is actually the replacement of a previous model called doze supreme plus.

The man that served us was brilliant he made us coffee. Matched my sleep position up and talked us through the mattresses. He placed our order and went through the fine detail. I would definitely recommend. The service received was brilliant. Well done Dreams
