knowledgeable staff and a good price

I knew what I wanted as had been online, I just needed to see what the product looked like. Mark was happy to show me and I placed the order and have just received delivery and I’m very happy.

Tommy the store assistant was the best sales assistance we came across. We had already been in six bed stores across Coventry and rugby. He was so knowledgeable, so attentive, patient, not at all pushy with his sales style. Very professional and just a pleasure to meet. We wanted to go away and think about it and when we came back Tommy wasn’t there but the other sales assistant was just as helpful, really personable and smiley and overall we would come back to this store even though we don’t live in Coventry anymore, just because the sales team are so good at their jobs.

This was my third purchase from Dreams Coventry and as per usual the staff and service was great.

Good advice, friendly staff .. not too “in your face”

Very helpful staff - both Trevor and Mac were great. And the Dreams sleep machine picked the bed we chose.
