Mac was completely in tune with my needs and ensured i was given all the help I needed to get the best bed for my reqirements.

First of all I would like to thank Mac a shop assistant this man is fully qualified into his job this Man Mac is very good with helping this was my second time meeting him but he never disappointed me.

Kidd in the Coventry store who served us was very informative without bombarding us, he knew what we wanted and gave us clear quotes so we could make a decision. He was friendly and we felt assured he did everything he could to ensure we got what we wanted

Trevor was very helpful and showed us several products, offered us drinks and didn't rush our decision at all. He also worked to get us a deal I was happy with by discounting some of the goods I ordered given the size of the order.

Trevor the gentleman who served us was excellent. We went in with a idea of what we wanted and he help us find the right products that we were after. He also explain the process of delivery and when out of his way to meet our needs. Excellent customer service. Could do with having some of the newer stock on display as that was what we saw on the website and came in to see but they didn't have any there. But overall very happy with the service.

Friendly guy. Told him I needed to make a very firm mattress softer was shown two toppers and then given a good price on a clearance item which was available in store to take away.

Your sales assistant Trevor was absolutely phenomenal from the moment we walked in the store to the moment we walked out. He showed me and my partner how to use the Dreams SleepMatch machine and then explained to us what our results meant. He then proceeded to point out where the mattresses recommended for us were located in the store, and then took some time to understand our specific needs and budget to guide us to products of interest. Throughout this whole experience, I was most pleased with Trevor's knowledge, friendliness and attitude towards us. He was not pushy and in our face trying to make the sale, just provided us with the information we needed, helped us in that direction and left us to try everything out. Once we had made our selection, he also drew on prior information I had given him to recommend a pillow for us (Therapur Cool Pillow) as I often get too hot at night and he explained the benefits of the pillow in helping stay cool. Throughout the purchase process Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable and made our experience so easy, when we expected it to be stressful!
