From walking in the store to deciding on purchasing our bed and mattress we were impressed. Trever at the Coventry Gallagher store was polite and informative without being pushy or over bearing. He took the time to explain the benefits of each bed frame we liked and pointed us in the direction of the mattresses that the bed assessment had suggested. We were offered drinks and left to browse at our leisure. Then when we had decided on our purchase the process of ordering and deciding on delivery day was easy. Trever sold me my current bed 5 years ago and still remembered me all this time later which was lovely. He is an asset to Dreams in my opinion, actually enjoys his job and if only more sales people were like him
