Mac I think he was perhaps the assistant manager. Very helpful, very polite and made me feel like I was the only customer on the shop.

I thought buying a new bed especially the mattress was gonna be difficult. Going into dreams was made easy with the level of service and especially the sleep match machine. A big round of applause to the great service from the Coventry store especially Mac.

The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to show us by our preferences. Came away very happy and with a quicker delivery than expected. Would definitely shop here again!!

We spoke to two assistants who pointed us in the right direction and when we asked about the product we wanted, we were given the information and we then ordered the goods.
