Walked in and was met by friendly staff. Introduced himself & allowed me & my family to ponder around. Then allowed me to approach him & query the mattress I was after. Explained my requirements. He catered to my requests and opted to show me all ranges what I was looking for & agreed to purchase. The sales exec was very tentative and welcoming & at no point did I feel pressured to purchase a product.

Assistants were very helpful and discussed all aspects regarding the purchase of my new mattress. Quality, care and delivery. Would highly recommend a visit to this store when purchasing beds or mattresses. Staff were excellent.
